Delivery/Installation/Warranty/Returns
Delivery:
AZ Renewable Energy coordinates the full delivery process to ensure all equipment arrives safely, on time, and ready for installation. Once a system design is approved, we schedule delivery directly to the property or to the installation partner, depending on site requirements.
All products are sourced from accredited manufacturers and supplied with the appropriate certification, technical documentation, and compliance records. Our logistics process includes pre‑delivery checks, secure transport, and confirmation of site readiness to minimise disruption and ensure a smooth installation phase.
Warranty
All renewable heating systems supplied through AZ Renewable Energy come with manufacturer warranties that cover the products for 3 years. These warranties protect against defects in materials or workmanship and ensure long‑term reliability.
In addition, installations completed through our MCS‑certified partners include workmanship warranties that meet MCS and consumer‑protection requirements. We provide customers with full warranty documentation at handover and support them in registering and managing any claims throughout the warranty period.
Installation:
Every system is installed by trusted MCS‑certified engineers who follow the relevant MIS standards, manufacturer specifications, and current Building Regulations. Our installation process includes site preparation, system integration with existing heating infrastructure, hydraulic and electrical connections, and full commissioning.
We conduct staged quality checks to ensure compliance with BUS requirements, MCS standards, and performance expectations. Once installation is complete, customers receive a full handover pack including the MCS certificate, commissioning sheet, user guidance, and warranty information.
Maintenance:
To ensure long‑term performance and system efficiency, we recommend regular maintenance in line with manufacturer and MCS guidelines. Biomass boilers typically require annual servicing, including inspection of combustion components, flue systems, safety controls, and system calibration. Heat pumps and other renewable technologies also benefit from periodic checks to maintain optimal efficiency.
AZ Renewable Energy works with certified service partners who can provide ongoing maintenance, performance optimisation, and technical support. This proactive approach helps extend system lifespan, maintain warranty validity, and ensure consistent, reliable operation year after year.
Frequently Asked Questions
